Plan B.... 07/10/2010

Ok so the whole diet/exercise thing just isn't taking me anywhere... so on to Plan B. Opti Slim.. yeah those meal replacement drinks... they seem to work.. so will give them a try for a fast weigh loss option.
I'm going to Singapore in exactly 2 weeks, so need to at least get rid of this potbelly before going!

Day 1 on Opti Slim. Woke up feeling fiiiiiine... so excited to start this new diet. I felt so fat and bloated/full when I woke up this morning as last night I had a huge binge. It wasn't one of those binges where u feel suicidal afterwards, it was a self-inflicted binge. I knew that I would be starting this diet in the morning so decided to eat whatever I wanted. I know.... its bad!!!

The diet goes, 1 OptiSlim shake for breakfast, 1 for lunch and 1 for dinner. I believe u can also have 2 cups of specified veggies for the whole day (will have to double check that though).

So I plan to do this for the next two weeks strictly! No cheating! Will weigh in everyday and if I have the energy I will also attend the gym daily (this is a very low calorie diet, so don't wanna embarrass myself and faint at the gym lol).

Day 1 = weight 77kilos... yuk... :(

I did it :)

I went to the gym! Can you believe it? I cant :P

So I sat in the the car out the front of the gym... telling myself that I am too fat to go in front of all these people and start shacking my booty on the treadmill.... but... I eventually picked that fat ass up outta that seat and jumped on that treadmill.

It felt fab!!! I'm going again today!

I weighed in today at the same weight as yesterday :(

Daily eats:
Breakfast =
1 cup milk (100 cals)
Banana 100 cals

That's all so far coz its still morning...

I did find the treadmill/bike/elliptical got a lil boring after a while, does anyone have any tips on how they prevent boredom while exercising? :)

A long journey?!?!?!

It starts today, my journey to thin land starts today. I headed to the new local gym that has just opened lastnight, to take a look around. I accepted a 3 day trial that they were offering. I start today J

29 September 2010 weighing in at 78 kilos (171.96 pounds), daily eats so far
Breakfast = Milo
Lunch = Subway Salad
Dinner = Maybe a frozen dinner?

How many calories burned at gym, don’t know coz I haven’t gone yet! But I will b going tonight, wow first time I have been to the gym in years. Don’t know if I will last more that 10minutes… but lets find out ;-)

A little more info on ME

So I didn't give much away in my first post, therefore here is a little more about me.
Height: 5foot 4inches
Weight: 77 kilos or 169 pounds
Exercise level: Zero
Calorie intake per day: Don't count!?!?!
Age: 24

Well there you have it... that's my body stats... well some of them anyway.
I work full-time... study part-time... have a relationship that's full-on (feels more like my child rather than my BF). I don't find the time to study let alone exercise :(

What needs to change? Everything!

Stay tuned, I will be posting pics of my body in my next post. This is so that in 3 months time we can compare the pics... and hopefully see a dramatic change ;-)

My First Post...

Where do I start? Normally I would write a lil spiel about myself, but let me start by telling you about my day so far. Woke up, put on my jeans and realised that they really are getting a little too tight around the waist (total muffin top), then after putting on my jacket and couldn't zip it up (jacket that I hadn't worn in a while) I totally convinced myself that it was time to start a diet.

Wait... there is more... received a phone call from my boyfriend a little while later... this is what he felt like saying "Darling, your cute, you have a nice smile and seksy eyes... but your getting fat now".
Well slap me across the face with a salami stick!!! What was my reply you ask? Nothing! Too ashamed to even reply.

So it starts today... the journey to be thin =)
